IT Helpdesk Administrator

Hacketts are looking for an IT Helpdesk Administrator to provide support to our IT Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing 1st level technical & system support to the company & clients.
Setting up PCs, Laptops and mobile devices for new & existing Users.
Troubleshooting user issues & providing assistance queries.
Providing general business application support (Document Management, Email, Print etc).
Fixing hardware issues with PCs, Laptops or Printers.
Monitoring IT Environment.
Assisting with tasks including; desk/office moves, training and offsite user support.
Other IT duties as required.

Experience:
Proven experience in dealing directly with users on a wide variety of IT-related issues
Printer setups and troubleshooting
Windows 7, 8, 10, 2012, 2012R2, 2016, Apple MacOS, Android & iOS.
MS Active Directory & Exchange User Administration

Desired Skills:
Must be practical with good troubleshooting skills.
Good communication skills and strong ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent time management skills.
Willingness and ability to learn new technologies.
Networking fundamentals – network basics and cabling.
Windows host networking. Network based user and group accounts and permissions.

Salary: €25,000 – €30,000 depending on experience
